We are excited to announce the successful completion of our online training session for the implementers of the dialogic gatherings methodology, organized by SAYEG-DER on 30th September. This marks a significant milestone in advancing our A-CLASE project before the arrival of our guests from Slovenia .
Training Highlights
- Participants: 10 retired volunteers began their journey as project ambassadors.
- Focus: The training introduced Zoom and WhatsApp as tools to enhance communication and coordination among volunteers.
- Objectives: Equip volunteers with the necessary tools and information to improve communication with adult learners and manage project activities effectively.
The session featured two informative presentations: one outlining the project’s core structure and methodology, and the other focusing on communication strategies for engaging adult learners and organizing dialogic gatherings. This training provided our volunteers with the essential skills to lead inclusive gatherings and support intergenerational learning.
We are eager to see how our volunteers will apply their new skills as they continue contributing to the success of the A-CLASE project.
